You are now eligible to proceed to the next stage — the official application to Harbin Engineering University (HEU).

Complete the application form and upload all required documents.
Select the program: "Atomic Energy Scholarship Program (AES) 2026".
Submit before the deadline: 15 May 2026.
Note: ENEC has formally communicated with Harbin Engineering University and submitted a Letter of Support for all shortlisted applicants. Submit before 15 May 2026.
