IAEA – Harbin Engineering University Fellowship 2026: Shortlisted Candidates Notice

Shortlisted applicants for the Atomic Energy Scholarship of China are invited to proceed to the next stage — the official application to Harbin Engineering University (HEU).

Next Steps for Shortlisted Candidates:

1. Visit https://hrbeu.at0086.cn/student and register an account on the HEU Online Application System.
2. Complete the application form and upload all required documents (passport, degrees, transcripts, study plan, recommendation letters, English proficiency, etc.).
3. Select the program: “Atomic Energy Scholarship Program (AES) 2026”.
4. Submit before the deadline: 15 May 2026.

Note: ENEC has formally communicated with Harbin Engineering University and submitted a Letter of Support for all shortlisted applicants.
